Sugar Mommas, a tasty confection about family, commitment and second chapters.  Sugar Mommas features a stellar cast including NAACP Image Award winner and Daytime Emmy® nominee Vanessa Williams (“Our America,” “Soul Food”), NAACP Image Award winner Terri J. Vaughn (“Meet the Browns”), Rachel True (“Half & Half”), Lamman Rucker (Why Did I Get Married Too?), Tommy Ford (“Martin”) and the Grammy®-nominated Gospel music sensation VaShawn Mitchell.

Sheila (Terri J. Vaughn) and Lynn (Vanessa Williams) may be sisters, but they’ve lived decidedly different lives.  As fate would have it, both women come to the realization that they’re at personal crossroads and need to make some serious life changes. Their one common passion is a love for sweets, so they agree to partner with their close friend Tommi (Rachel True) to open a bakery.  Their recipe for business success may seem complete, but these three strong, independent women are as distinct as the cupcake flavors they create.  As they embark on this new chapter in their lives, new challenges, old rivalries, and even a chance at love lead these ladies on a journey of self-awareness, affirmation and hope.
