Spanning the famed director’s decade-plus long career, SHOOTER SERIES Volume Two: F. Gary Gray lands on DVD February 16 from Vivendi Entertainment and Genius Products. Known for an array of projects behind the helm, Gray is credited with hip hop music videos from the likes of Dr. Dre, TLC and Mary J. Blige, to blockbuster features including his most recent film, Law Abiding Citizen. “One of the few African American directors hired to make mainstream studio films,” (Los Angeles Times), Gray has garnered awards and accolades from the American Black Film Festival, Black Reel Awards and the Acapulco Black Film Festival; and is credited with box-office hits starring some of Hollywood’s biggest names, grossing over $270 million worldwide.
