Fisher Stevens (born November 27, 1963) is an American actor. He is perhaps best known for his portrayals of Chuck Fishman on Early Edition, Eugene "The Plague" Belford in Hackers, and Ben Jabituya/Jahrvi in Short Circuit and Short Circuit 2. His television credits include Frasier, Friends, Law & Order, Key West, and Lost. He recently appeared on an episode of the TV show Numb3rs.He also played the part of murderer Alex Brady in the episode Columbo: Murder, moke and Shadows. He played Jigger Craigin in the 1994 Lincoln Center revival of Rodgers and Hammerstein's Carousel and David, the adopted son of Harvey Fierstein in Torch Song Trilogy.
Stevens was born Steven Fisher in Chicago, Illinois. He started the Naked Angels Theater Company with longtime friend Ned Eisenberg in 1987. He also owns a film production company called GreeneStreet Films, located in Tribeca, New York City. Stevens performed as Edgar Allan Poe on Lou Reed's album The Raven in 2003. At one time during the late 1980s, Stevens dated actress Michelle Pfeiffer.
